NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED STORM DRAINAGE PIPE CREW LEAD / PIPE LAYER

Location: Memphis / Cordova, TN

Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
Employment: Full-Time | Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced, dependable individual with a strong background in underground stormwater drainage installation.

Requirements:

Proven experience installing storm drainage systems.

Experience with reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) and corrugated drainage pipe ranging from 12 to 36 inches.

Strong understanding of pipe grades, slopes, elevations, bedding, backfilling, and compaction.

Experience installing catch basins, manholes, and drainage structures.

Ability to read construction plans and work with laser levels and grading equipment.

Knowledge of excavation safety and underground utilities.

Ability to work independently and supervise a small crew when necessary.

Experience is mandatory. This is not an entry-level position.
