STRUCTURAL CONCRETE FOREMAN – BIG ISLAND

Alpha Inc. is looking for an experienced Structural Concrete Foreman on Hawaiʻi Island for an upcoming bridge project.

We are specifically looking for BIG ISLAND TALENT with strong structural concrete experience who can lead a crew and work hands-on in the field.

THE PROJECT

This is a heavy civil bridge project that will include:

• Structural concrete forming and placement
• Coordinating crews, equipment, materials, and daily field activities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong structural concrete carpentry experience is required. Must have at least 8+ years experience.

The ideal Foreman will have hands-on experience with:

• Structural concrete formwork
• Bridge, highway, heavy civil, or infrastructure construction
• Footings, columns, walls, beams, abutments, and slabs
• Building, setting, and stripping concrete forms
• Reading plans, blueprints, and layout
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Demolition and rebuild work
• Leading and directing field crews
• Coordinating with Superintendents and other trades
• Maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and production
• Bridge experience is highly preferred.

We need a Foreman who isn't afraid to work alongside the crew. You should be able to lead from the front, solve problems in the field, keep production moving, and hold your team accountable.

COMPENSATION

Prevailing Wage Rates

Compensation will be based on the applicable project classification and requirements.
