We're looking for an experienced Structural Steel Fitter/Welder to join a growing steel fabrication shop in Arizona.

What You'll Do

Fit and assemble structural steel using shop drawings
Perform Flux Core welding to AWS D1.1 standards
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
Layout, bevel, grind, and prepare steel for fabrication
Inspect fit-up and welds to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain welding equipment and keep your work area clean and safe
Work closely with the fabrication team to keep production moving
What We're Looking For

✔ 3–5+ years of structural steel fitting and welding experience

✔ Experience with Flux Core welding

✔ Able to read and interpret shop drawings

✔ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced fabrication shop

✔ Able to pass a shop fit-up/weld test

✔ Must provide your own welding hood, gloves, and jacket for the weld test

✔ Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Bonus Qualifications

MIG welding experience
Experience welding thicker structural steel
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
