Sub Contractor ---A/C Maintenance -- Build a crew

*MUST have basic knowledge and experience on residential systems have dependable transportation and phone for pictures.
We do not make any repairs. Only wash condensers and lightly clean evaporators.
*Be available 5 days a week, some days might be partial days, occasional Saturdays.
*Physically able to work in attics for short periods of time without causing damage to equipment or homes.
*Have your own hand tools and able to obtain "Field Piece" or I Manifold gauges. (Can use mine temporarily)
*Be professional and have ability to confidently deal with customers.
*Complete paperwork after each job and submit daily along with pictures.
* You will be representing the largest utility company in the state so drinking, drugs, unprofessional actions are not allowed.

This is a 1099 position and you will have the ability to set your own appointments and expand your earning potential. Pay is $40 per job and takes about an hour. When you get customer referrals they pay $50 each. We only work in Orleans parish. Looking for motivated entrepreneur looking for solid opportunity.
