Hiring: Long-Term, Detail-Driven Mechanic / Shop Assistant

I’m looking for a positive, honest, hard-working person who takes pride in their work and shows up the same way every day—not just on Day One. Part-time to start; full-time if we’re a good fit. Schedule is flexible once trust is earned and performance is consistent.

You must be:

• Clean, neat, and organized
• On time, every time
• Able to take charge and complete projects without babysitting
• Comfortable around cars and basic mechanical tasks
• Willing to learn, listen, and improve
• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and clean up big messes
• Capable of maintaining a professional, drama-free work ethic
• West Sacramento availability is a strong plus

What I’m NOT looking for:
Flakes, complainers, excuses, or anyone with drug or reliability issues.
