We are a growing company specializing in high-end decks, sunrooms, and outdoor living spaces. We’re looking for reliable, professional subcontractor crews who take pride in quality craftsmanship and dependable performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and install decks, railings, stairs, pergolas, and outdoor structures
• Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and instructions with accuracy
• Frame, cut, and finish using wood, composite, and specialty materials
• Work independently and manage your scope of work
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
• Coordinate crews to keep projects on schedule
• Communicate clearly with project managers

Requirements:

• 2+ years deck/exterior construction and carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of framing, layout, finishing skills
• Comfortable working in varied weather conditions
• Dependable, efficient, and quality-driven work ethic
• Reliable transportation and Professional-grade tools
• Physically able to perform job duties
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to meet deadlines and quality standards

Required Documentation:

• Certificate of Insurance General Liability (and Workers Comp if applicable)
• Completed W-9
• Valid Identification
