Growing real estate renovation company is seeking dependable, skilled carpenter subcontractors for ongoing residential renovation projects throughout Southern New Hampshire and the Lakes Region.

We’re looking for professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship, show up when they say they will, and produce quality work. Consistent opportunities are available for the right subcontractors.

Projects may include:

• Framing
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Door and window installation
• Decks and exterior repairs
• Flooring
• Kitchen and bathroom renovations
• General residential remodeling

Requirements:

• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in residential construction
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable communication and punctuality
• Certificate of Insurance (COI) preferred

Pay:
