Subcontractor/1099 Crew needed for building composite decks

We are looking for a skilled crew that has experience building decks. Must have experience working with Composite decking (Trex or TimberTech). We need to see a minimum of 10 COMPOSITE/PVC DECK projects to be considered.

Compensation: Job amount agreed on before the project starts- We pay 25% upfront, 25% once the rough frame passes inspection and the final 50% when the client pays us and the job is 100% completed and cleaned up to customers satisfaction.

All subcontractors must have Liability Insurance AND Workers' Compensation Insurance. This is required.

Employment type: full-time- We are able to provide consistent jobs throughout the rest of the year and through the winter months.

Location: Projects are located in Kenosha, Racine areas up to Waukesha and Oconomowoc areas.

-Great communication and fluent in English.
