How We Pay

We don’t play games with money.
Example:
Job scheduled for 4 weeks
Total labor = $12,000
Project broken into milestones (paid by completion)
You get paid as each milestone is completed
Checks issued every Friday
Our goal is: steady weekly income while the job progresses.

Clean daily (trash, bottles, scrap removed)
End each day photo-ready
Protect grass, driveways, and homeowner property
Materials organized and covered
Professional Conduct
No smoking, vaping, or dipping on customer property
No loud music, profanity, or arguing
No advertising your company or giving your card to our clients
No side work or pricing directly to homeowners
Respect the customer’s home like it’s your own
Communication
Daily progress updates
Daily jobsite photos
Follow schedule and notify us immediately of delays
Quality
Work must meet high-end residential standards
If something isn’t right, it must be corrected immediately
