Remodeling Subcontractors Needed– Consistent Work Available

Adrian Home Improvement, LLC is looking for experienced subcontractors who can independently manage residential remodeling projects from the initial estimate through final completion.
This is not a labor-only position. We are looking for subcontractors who can take ownership of assigned projects while representing Adrian Home Improvement professionally.

Responsibilities

When you agree to an estimate, you will be expected to:

Meet with the customer and inspect the project.
Prepare a detailed labor estimate and material list.
Submit your estimate and material list to Adrian Home Improvement for review. Do not provide pricing to the customer.
Purchase approved materials for the project (or as directed).
Complete the work in accordance with building codes, manufacturer installation requirements, and industry best practices.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.
Keep Adrian Home Improvement informed of project progress.
Immediately report any hidden damage, unforeseen conditions, delays, customer-requested changes, or anything else that could affect the cost, schedule, or scope of work before proceeding.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

Several years of residential remodeling experience.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation.
Their own tools suitable for the work they perform.
A valid driver's license.
General liability insurance (workers' compensation if required by law).
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to use Housecall Pro for estimates, scheduling, and job updates.
Pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
