Description
Established property management company actively onboarding experienced, independent 1099 field crews for steady, year-round volume across single-family rental (SFR) and REO properties.
What We Offer:
Fast Direct Deposit: Reliable 3-day pay-outs post-approval.
$350 Sign-On Bonus: Issued after completing your first 10 orders on time.
Consistent Volume: Continuous work orders spanning interior painting, lock changes, lawn care, trash-outs, and routine maintenance.
Scopes of Work:
Interior Painting: Full turns, drywall patching, trim, prime, and paint.
Preservation: Initial secures, lock changes/HUD keys, winterizations, boarding, and roof tarping.
Maintenance & Clean-ups: Trash-outs, lawn care, maid service, and general repairs.
Vendor Requirements:
Active General Liability Insurance (COI) & W-9.
Aspen Grove (ABC) background check (or willing to obtain).
Experience capturing before/during/after photo logs (PPW).
Reliable truck, dump trailer/equipment, and standard tools.
