Description
Walker Homes & Remodeling is expanding our network of qualified trade partners for residential remodeling and construction projects in San Antonio and surrounding areas.
We welcome independent subcontractor businesses and crews in all trades, including carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, tile, flooring, masonry, concrete, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, demolition and construction cleaning. Other trades are welcome.
QUALIFICATIONS
- The owner or responsible lead must have at least 10 years of experience in each trade offered.
- Own tools, equipment and transportation needed for your trade.
- Ability to serve San Antonio and surrounding areas.
- Three customer or contractor references.
- At least three distinct photos showing completed work across two projects, collected during the qualification process.
