L&J Construction Services, LLC is a full-service construction company looking to expand our network of reliable, experienced subcontractors and crews throughout Northwest Indiana, Chicagoland, Lafayette, and surrounding areas.

We are looking for both individual trade contractors and multi-trade crews for residential, commercial, and multi-family projects.

TRADES NEEDED:

• Framing & Carpentry
• Drywall – Hang & Finish
• Painting
• Flooring – LVP, Laminate, Hardwood, Tile, etc.
• Roofing
• Siding
• Gutters
• Soffit & Fascia
• Windows & Doors
• Trim & Finish Carpentry
• Demolition
• Insulation
• General Remodeling
• Multi-Trade / Turnkey Crews

OUR PROJECTS INCLUDE:

• Garage Builds
• Basement Finishing
• Bathroom Remodels
• Interior & Exterior Remodels
• Roofing, Siding & Exterior Projects
• Rental & Multi-Family Renovations
• Commercial Projects
• Property Maintenance & Repairs
• Insurance / Storm Restoration Work

We are especially interested in well-rounded crews that can handle multiple scopes or complete remodeling projects from start to finish.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experienced and professional subcontractors
• Own tools and transportation
• Reliable communication and scheduling
• Quality workmanship
• Ability to provide pricing for assigned scopes
• W-9 required
• General Liability Insurance preferred
• Photos/references of previous work preferred

This is subcontractor/1099 work, not W-2 employment.

We are continuing to grow and are looking to establish long-term relationships with quality subcontractors and crews, not simply hire someone for a single project. We have projects of all sizes and continue to expand the areas and types of work we perform.
