Description
A fast-growing home improvement contractor in Connecticut is seeking experienced, reliable subcontractors for ongoing residential and commercial projects. We handle a high volume of work across the state and are looking to establish long-term partnerships with skilled trade professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship.
We are currently onboarding production teams and independent contractors in the following trades:
Roofing: Full replacements and repairs
Siding: Vinyl, wood, and composite installations
Gutters: Seamless installations and gutter guard systems
Framing & Carpentry: Additions, structural work, and trim work
Renovators: Kitchens, baths, and full home remodeling projects

To ensure the safety and legality of our project sites, all subcontractors must meet the following criteria before onboarding. There are no exceptions to these requirements:
Licensing: Active Connecticut State License (HIC or trade-specific registration)
Insurance: General Liability Insurance policy (Minimum $1,000,000)
Workers' Comp: Active Workers' Compensation Insurance policy
Equipment: Own reliable truck/transportation, ladders, and professional tools setup
