What You’ll Do
As a Superintendent, you will support daily field operations and work closely with the Production Manager and Branch leadership.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise and support installation crews on job sites.
• Coordinate daily schedules and help ensure projects stay on track.
• Perform job site visits to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Train and mentor new installers and field employees.
• Assist with resolving field issues and customer concerns.
• Help maintain a positive working relationship with builders and customers.
• Ensure company safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist with other operational duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience in construction, installation, or the skilled trades preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with crews, customers, and management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

This is a safety-sensitive position.
Schedule & Travel

• Local travel to job sites.
• Less than 50% travel.
• Occasional overtime or weekend work based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, and walking job sites.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
