Superintendent – Division 9 Construction | DMV Area – EDGE Group Inc.

EDGE Group Inc., a commercial and federal interior finishes contractor serving the DC/MD/VA area, is hiring an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on our Division 9 projects (drywall, framing, acoustical ceilings, painting, flooring). Federal/secure facility (ICD 705) project experience is a plus.

What you'll do:

Supervise and mentor foremen and field crews

Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; ensure daily site documentation
Manage the project schedule and labor allocation across job sites in the DMV area
Walk sites regularly to confirm work matches blueprints, specs, and EDGE Group quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects moving and avoid delays
Support hiring, training, and evaluation of field staff
Oversee upkeep of company tools and equipment

What we're looking for:

10–15 years of progressive construction experience, including senior field leadership
Strong Division 9 / interior finishes background preferred
OSHA-30 certified (CPR/First Aid a plus — training available)
Solid blueprint reading and knowledge of local building codes
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and time-management skills
