Property management company is looking for a superintendent / Handyman.

Required skills:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Garbage removal, snow removal
• Cleaning interior common areas and building exterior
• Painting
• Ensure vacant apartments are prepared in a timely manner
• Conduct preventative maintenance
• Strong problem-solving abilities and abilities to work independently
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high -quality workmanship

You must have your own vehicle and a valid Driver's License on day 1.
You will be reimbursed for gas.
You must have all your own basic tools.
You must have authorization to work
