We are a local general contractor specializing in custom homes/remodels/ADUs and some commercial

We have an opening for a superintendent with the following skills/background

Project Management

Supervising skilled and unskilled labor
Ability to read plans
Understand and have experience with architects, AOC meetings, construction loans
Understand the permit process and working with utilities
Communicate with owners and architects throughout the course of the project regarding change orders, material finishes and scope creep
Keep daily records on work performed, hours worked for each trade
Continue to provide on the job training for all skilled and unskilled labor
Hold a CA driver's license
Work with subcontractors to secure and finalize bids/estimates for subcontracted work
Monitor the budget to foresee potential overages
Work with the office staff and provide copies of all receipts properly coded (job name, date and form of payment)
