L&L Legacy Construction is expanding our commercial renovation and interior construction team. We are seeking experienced,
dependable professionals for long-term employment.
CURRENT OPENINGS
SITE SUPERVISORS - Manage daily jobsite operations, field crews, subcontractors, schedules, quality control and safety. Prior
construction supervisory experience required.
EXPERIENCED CARPENTERS - Commercial framing, finish carpentry, trim, millwork, door and hardware installation. Ability to
read plans and work independently.
DRYWALL INSTALLERS - Metal stud framing, layout, measuring, cutting and hanging drywall. Commercial construction
experience preferred.
DRYWALL FINISHERS - Taping, mudding, sanding, patching and professional Level 4 finishes.
COMMERCIAL METAL DOOR INSTALLERS - Hollow metal doors and frames, closers, panic hardware, alignment,
adjustments and troubleshooting. Relevant experience required.
WINDOW INSTALLERS - Commercial and residential window removal and replacement, measuring, flashing, sealing and
proper installation techniques.
