Sweeping Maintenance Driver Non CDL and CDL

Pateco Services, LLC is a Street Sweeping, commercial sweeping, and maintenance company. We service properties throughout South East and provide a host of cleaning services in addition to sweeping and light maintenance. Our services include parking lot and street sweeping, porter services, pressure washing, parking lot striping, plumbing, bulk trash removal, and general maintenance.

Street Sweeper Truck Driver/Cleaner

Job Summary: Pateco Services is looking for drivers to become part of our sweeping and drain cleaning crews. It will require some travel. We normally work four to five days a week. The job requires us to sweep highways with follow truck behind it as well as Clean drains with a follow truck behind it. This is a physical job and will require lifting and walking.

Work Location: Multiple Locations

Work Schedule: Day and Night Shifts, Monday-Friday, and Weekends

Salary: $19-$25 Non CDL and CDL Drivers Requires some traveling each month in the Southeast

Must pass Highway Sweeping Class

Holiday Pay is offered

Onsite Duties/Responsibilities:

Drive to multiple lots and streets in the Charleston Metro area
Pick up trash in the lot using the truck sweeper
Use backpack blower to clean sidewalks
Change trash bags and wipe down trash cans
Operate Street sweepers, Vac trucks, Dump Trucks, and Roll Off Trucks
Alert supervisors when supplies and materials are needed for repairs and maintenance.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Experience/Qualifications:

One-year related experience preferred

On-the-job training offered
Driver’s license Needed

Required Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:

Ability to follow instructions from supervisors/managers

Excellent time management skills
Clean Driving Record; No more than three moving violations in the past seven years
Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
Possess/maintain working cell phone
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing, walking, sitting, and driving

Must be physically able to work outside in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
