SWIMMING POOL MASON

We are looking for an experienced swimming pool masons to join our team working on high-end residential pool and outdoor-living projects throughout San Diego County.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, understands the details required around swimming pools, and can produce clean, professional finished work.

Responsibilities include:

• Pool tile installation, including waterline tile and specialty layouts
• Coping installation, removal, resetting, and replacement
• Natural stone, porcelain, travertine, and masonry work
• Bond beam and pool-edge repairs
• Setting steps, caps, stone veneer, and related masonry
• Minor concrete and mortar repairs
• Demolition and preparation for new masonry finishes
• Maintaining clean joints, consistent elevations, proper pitch, and professional finish details
• Working closely with the superintendent and other trades on custom pool projects

Qualifications:

• Previous swimming pool masonry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with tile, coping, natural stone, and concrete
• Ability to perform layout and maintain straight, level, consistent finished work
• Must understand proper mortar, thinset, grout, waterproofing, and setting methods
• Able to work independently and solve field conditions when necessary
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must have your own basic hand tools
• Dependable, professional, and able to maintain a clean jobsite

This is not production tract-home work. We specializes in custom, high-end residential projects where quality and attention to detail are expected.

Pay: $28–$38 per hour depending on experience and ability.

Schedule: Approximately 30–40 hours per week, with workload varying by project.

Location: San Diego County, primarily North County and surrounding areas.
