Experienced Swimming Pool Repair Technician

White Pearl Pool Repair & Care is seeking a skilled and motivated Swimming Pool Repair Technician to join our growing team serving Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
Responsibilities:
✔ Diagnose and repair pool equipment
✔ Install pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and salt systems
✔ Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues
✔ Perform equipment upgrades
✔ Communicate professionally with customers and team members
✔ Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of pool repair experience preferred
- Knowledge of pool plumbing, hydraulics, and equipment
- Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
