We are looking for a reliable, motivated Pool Service Technician to join our team serving Goodyear and the West Valley.
We’re a locally owned and operated pool company that has been serving the area since 2015. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and wants a steady position with an established company.
What You’ll Do
- Service and clean residential swimming pools on a weekly route
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Brush, skim and vacuum pools as needed
- Empty baskets and maintain pool cleanliness
- Inspect pumps, filters and other pool equipment
- Identify and report equipment or water-quality issues
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- Complete service reports for each pool
* Pool service experience preferred, but we will consider training the right person
*Must have your own truck
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Valid driver’s license and clean/reliable driving history
- Able to perform the physical requirements of the job
- Consistent work
- Established weekly pool route

Monday–Friday | Daytime hours
Our technicians work independently in the field, so we’re looking for someone we can trust to take ownership of their route and provide the level of service our customers expect.
