Tailor or seamstress needed for small alterations business

I need someone to help with alterations. I have gotten so busy that it’s just too much for me to do on my own. The pay is half what I charge the customer. It ends up being anywhere from $150-$500 cash a week or more depending on your level of experience and the time of year. And I am slowly raising my prices. Summer is slower and the school year is busier, so I am getting busy again.
I measure the clothes and mark everything, write directions and you can do them on your own time as long as you get them back to me in about a week.
Alot of my customers have really expensive items so they must be done right. Im talking thousands of dollars sometimes.
I really want someone who will ask questions if something seems off or you aren't 100% sure on something. Not just power through and potentially get it wrong. There is no dumb question in my book.

• You must have at least 5 years experience
• You must have your own sewing machine and threads. Ill provide zippers, snaps.. etc as needed
• Must be able to speak english
• Must live in the broward area. Ideally you pickup from me but if you don’t have a car, that's ok. We will work something out.
