Tear-off Team Leader-Urgently Hiring

Job Title: Tear-off Team Leader – Roofing Contractor MORIARTY’S ROOFING INC
Seeking a Roofing Tear Off Team Leader to direct our crew in safety and efficiently removing old roofing materials. You will oversee the entire tear-off process and ensure the job site is clean at the end of each project. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of work, completing projects on time and within budget.
Pay: $35.00/hr+ (Higher starting pay based on actual skills and experience)

Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience running a roofing crew required.
Driving Record: Must possess a valid California Driver’s License with a CLEAN driving record (NO points).
Roofing Systems Knowledge: Strong experience with Comp Shingles, TPO, PVC, Tile, and Metal Roofs.
Commercial & Industrial Expertise: Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and strict safety protocols.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb up/down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
Tech: Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
