Technician

We are a growing service company providing installation, maintenance, and repair services for commercial equipment throughout the Jacksonville area. We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Service Technician to join our team.

The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing equipment at customer locations. Time will also be spent repairing and maintaining equipment at our warehouse. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Position Overview:

Diagnose and repair equipment at customer sites
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Install and set up new equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related issues
Maintain accurate service records and work orders
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory
Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of service technician, maintenance, mechanical, appliance repair, HVAC, or related experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic smartphone and computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with commercial equipment, beverage systems, coffee equipment, water filtration, HVAC, appliance repair, or similar industries
