Groundman – Aerial & Underground Crews | Full-Time | Local Work + Occasional Short-Term Travel

Paramount Communications, Inc. is hiring Groundmen to support our aerial and underground fiber crews. We’ll train the right candidates, and there’s clear room for advancement.

Requirements:

Strong work ethic; team player with good communication
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Preferred: prior relevant experience, CDL (Certified Driver's License), and Flagger Card (traffic control certification)
