Tenant Turnover Work

Looking for a handyman that specialized skills in performing makeready, matching paint touchup and at times paint corner to corner.

Experience: Painting Touch ups, drywall repair, installation of drywall, painting corner to corner.

All other skills a plus.

Electrical: Installing outlets, switches, electrical plates, ceiling fans, flush mounts etc.
Plumbing: Installing vanities, sinks, faucets, shower trim fixtures, garbage disposals, p-trap assembly etc...
Carpentry Installing doors, trim, deck work, siding etc.

Strictly looking for hourly employees.

Must have your own tools and transportation.

Provide background and experience when apply.
