This is a flexible, retainer-based advisory position, ideal for a retired or semi-retired contractor looking to stay involved in the industry without daily field work.

• Serve as our designated TDLR Class A license holder
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship
• Oversee quality assurance and regulatory compliance
• Provide required supervision and operational oversight

### ✅ Requirements

• Active Texas Class A HVAC license or eligible for reinstatement
• Eligible to serve as Aerex's designated license holder
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Reliable, professional, and communicative
