FlexForce Employment Professionals is hiring **30 experienced TIG Pipe Tackers** for full-time night shift positions in an industrial pipe fabrication environment.

## What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who have experience with TIG (GTAW) pipe tacking, fitting, and preparing carbon steel pipe for welding.

**You may be a great fit if you have experience as a:**

• TIG Pipe Tacker
• Pipe Fitter / Tacker
• Fabrication Tacker
• Pipe Welder / Tacker
• Industrial Pipe Fabricator

**Required Skills:**

• Hands-on TIG (GTAW) pipe tacking experience
• Experience working with carbon steel pipe
• Ability to align, fit, and tack pipe accurately
• Understanding of proper root openings and tack placement
• Familiarity with grinders, clamps, tape measures, and fabrication tools
• Ability to work safely in an industrial fabrication environment

**Important: You do not need to be a full-production pipe welder to apply. We are specifically looking for experienced TIG Pipe Tackers.**

## Welding / Tacker Test

Qualified candidates must be able to complete an on-site skills test:

• Process: TIG (GTAW)
• Material: 2" Schedule 80 Carbon Steel Pipe
• Position: 5G
• Inspection: Visual and X-Ray
