Description
Immediate opening for an experienced TIG Welder to join an established, high-precision metal fabrication shop. This is a full-time, long-term position offering clean working conditions, top-grade equipment, consistent 40-hour weeks, and weekly direct deposit.
What You Will Do:
Perform high-quality TIG welds on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel components.
Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
Set up, calibrate, and adjust gas flow, amperage, and equipment settings for clean, precise welds.
Inspect completed welds for structural integrity, accurate dimensions, and visual quality.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient personal work area.
What You Need:
3+ years of professional, hands-on TIG welding experience in a shop or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and weld to exact specifications.
Ability to pass an onsite TIG welding test during the interview.
Solid work ethic, strong punctuality, and pride in clean craftsmanship.
Personal welding gear (helmet, gloves, standard hand tools).
