Tile and Sheetrock

Looking for someone who is experienced in bathroom tile and Sheetrock. A few tiles in my shower have been compromised and water is getting beneath them. Those tiles need to be pulled up and then access the damage and then replaced. There is also a hole in my kitchen ceiling that needs a piece of Sheetrock.
