Tile and Shingle Roofing Crews

America Roofing LLC is looking for Tile and Shingle roofing crews. Mostly for new construction and detach reset projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a roofing crew on residential and commercial job site
• Coordinate daily task, and ensure crew stays on schedule
• Inspect work progress and quality to meet safety and company standards
• Train and Mentor crew members, promoting teamwork and skill development
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage to minimize waste and downtime
• Communicate effectively with office staff and crew
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies at all times
• Troubleshoot job site issues and provide practical solutions

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
• Ability to work in hot and cold weather
• Ability to read job specifications and run roofing jobs
• Physically able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
• Not afraid of heights and able to work safely on roofs
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiar with Tucson streets and neighborhoods
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
