Tile Install Helper Wanted

Looking for a Tile Installation Helper. Would prefer some tile experience, but if you have general construction experience and have a tendency to pickup on things quick that would be fine!

REQUIREMENTS:
-Know how to read a measuring tape to a 1/16th.
-Being comfortable around saws, ladders, safely working with/around sharp objects.
-Lift 50+lbs of mortar bags and trash bags
-Being able to work 7-8 hour days
-Being able to work on your knees and going up and downstairs throughout a day
-No outside work drama
-Positive outlook don’t want to work with a buzzkill all day
- I am understanding to emergencies but please stay off the phones, not looking to babysit.
-No Drugs
-Alcohol, what you do with your time is your business! But don’t let it be in your system while we’re working, It’s a danger to both of us and I will immediately send you home.
-Smoking only off of client’s property or outside of work van on the road
-We work in tight quarters, smell clean, be clean, everyday.

These are all non negotiable, especially the last point lol.

Work radius is typically around Nashville but work from North Alabama to North Tennessee.

Dress attire: Non-graphic solid color t-shirt, shorts or pants, (khakis, cargo, or dress shorts) closed durable work shoes.

No ripped jeans, ripped pants, basketball shorts, tank tops, graphic tees, inappropriate wear.

We work in people’s homes where trust and respect means everything. Must be friendly and respectful to all clients homes as you would want if it were the other way around!

Can meet me at the job or could meetup and ride in the work van either way is fine. Clock starts when we start working on the job at jobsite, not riding to/from work. 35-40 hours a week M-F Tools provided, just bring your own work gloves and cooler!
