Tile Layer Subcontractor Needed

Our general construction company is seeking an experienced tile layer subcontractor to join our team for ongoing residential and commercial projects. Ideal candidates have a strong eye for detail, reliable workmanship, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with our project managers.

Responsibilities:

Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, and specialty tile

Prepare surfaces, including leveling and waterproofing

Execute precise cuts and layouts

Maintain clean, safe job sites

Meet project timelines

Requirements:

Own tools and transportation

Ability to read plans and follow specifications

Strong communication and reliability
