Tile Specialist- Condo Remodel (Walnut Creek)

Looking for experienced tile person for condo bath remodel.

You Must have:

Tile removal experience (existing surround above tub)

Install waterproof tile backer
New tile installation experience (shower wall above existing tub)
Clean, professional workmanship
Own tools
CSLB license preferred (C-54 Tile or equivalent)
References from recent tile work

This is ongoing work with my crew. I'm looking to build a reliable partnership.
Apply with: CSLB # (if applicable), 2-3 tile project references, your hourly rate or per-sqft bid.

HOMEOWNER & HOA PROFESSIONALISM:

This is a condo remodel in a gated community. You will be working in the homeowner's space.
You Must:
Respect the homeowner's home — arrive on time, work efficiently, clean trash daily
Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners and neighbors at all times
Follow all HOA rules and regulations — parking, noise hours, access restrictions
Understand that violations can halt the project and cost the homeowner and you money
Be willing to work within HOA-approved scope and timeline
Pass a Background Check
