Tile Supervisor

Established Tile installation company seeking a skilled and EXPERIENCED Tile Supervisor to oversee and manage tile installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tile work, leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
Key responsibilities:
*Supervise and coordinate tile installation projects from start to finish
*Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and job spefications
*Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
*Oversee tile installers, ensuring proper techniques and efficiency
*Communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth operations
*maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met

Proven experience in Tile installation and supervision is required!
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Company vehicle provided during work day, MUST have clean driving record.

We are also looking for EXPERIENCED Tile setters. This is an hourly position, not piece work, Starting at $28 per hour
Must have reliable, transportation, tools, and a valid Social Security card that we can verify
