Tile Technician

Marq Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled and reliable Tile Installer to join our team. We are seeking someone with experience installing floor tile, wall tile, backsplashes, shower systems, and custom tile work. Quality workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install tile accurately
• Install floor, wall, shower, and backsplash tile
• Prepare surfaces for tile installation
• Ensure proper layout, spacing, and leveling
• Apply grout and complete finishing work
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow project schedules and communicate effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of tile installation experience
• Ability to install porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, and large-format tile
• Experience with shower waterproofing systems preferred
• Own transportation and basic tile tools
• Ability to read plans and follow specifications
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
