Tire Shop Manager — Full Time — Milwaukee, WI

COMPENSATION:
$38,000 to $42,000 per year + Daily Performance Bonus

DESCRIPTION:

We are Select Auto Parts and Sales, a 14-year-old indoor automotive recycling facility located at 2500 West Cornell St in Milwaukee. We have a tire shop inside our 125,000 square foot facility and we are hiring a Tire Shop Manager to run it.

This is a full time salaried position with a daily performance bonus. You earn more when the shop performs. That is the culture we are building.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will open and close the shop, serve customers, install and balance tires, manage inventory, and drive daily sales. You will work alongside a tire technician. You report directly to ownership.

SCHEDULE

Monday through Saturday. One weekday off per week. Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The 8:30 start time is not negotiable.

COMPENSATION

$38,000 to $42,000 base salary depending on experience. Daily bonus of $25 when the shop hits $1,000 in sales. Daily bonus of $50 when the shop hits $1,500 in sales. Strong performers can earn $44,000 to $46,000 or more annually. We will cover your Wisconsin emissions testing certification after hire.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Proven tire installation and balancing experience. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently. Reliability. Smartphone with WhatsApp. Professional attitude.

WHAT WE PREFER

Experience managing a small team. Familiarity with inventory systems. Wisconsin emissions testing certification is a plus but not required.

You need daily supervision to do the basics. Your effort changes based on whether the boss is watching. You are not comfortable being accountable to a daily number.
