Description
American Factory Wheel is looking for an experienced Tire Technician or a motivated Wheel Repair Apprentice to join our growing team.
We're looking for professionals who take pride in their work, value quality, and want to build a long-term career—not just another job. Experience with major tire retailers or dealership service departments is highly valued.
Compensation & Benefits
- $23.00–$30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Weekends Off
- 401(k)

- Mount and balance tires
- Perform tire repairs
- Safely lift vehicles and remove/install wheels
- Assist with OEM wheel refinishing and restoration
- Learn structural wheel repair (apprentice position)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Previous tire shop experience preferred
- Experience with Discount Tire, America's Tire, Firestone, Big O Tires, Les Schwab, Costco Tire Center, or a dealership service department is a strong plus
- Must know how to safely operate a vehicle lift and properly support vehicles using jack stands
- Experience mounting and balancing
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass a background check
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team
