Here is the pay structure:

• Flat rate: $35–$50/hr depending on experience
• Guaranteed 40-hour weekly minimum
• Extra pay accelerator Bonus after 45 billed hours
• Quarterly profit-sharing bonuses
• Busy shop with consistent car count
• Monday–Friday only
• No weekends

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles without needing their hand held all day.

You should be comfortable with:

• General automotive repair
• Diagnostics
• Brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, and drivability
• Foreign and domestic vehicles
• Working clean, professionally, and efficiently
• Communicating clearly with the service team

ASE certifications are a plus, but we care more about real ability, attitude, consistency, and pride in the work.
