Local HVAC company based in Concord for over 25 years looking to hire a Lead installer. Lots of room for advancement for the right people. Must have clean DMV, and at least 5 years Residential/Commercial experience. We have full time year round work.
Top pay plus commission, vacation, Family medical/dental, company truck and cell phone and more.

What we are looking for:

Ability to read mechanical blueprints/plans
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Physically able to climb ladders, work at heights, and regularly lift 50+ lbs
Dependable – You show up on time and ready to work
