Overview:

The Trailer Technician transports restroom and shower trailers to customer locions. This position ensures wer, drainage, and electrical are operion time of installion. Trailer Technicians perform any maintenance and janitorial needs for trailer throughout durion of rental before transporting back to a United Site Services (USS) branch end of rental.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily pre-shift & post-shift vehicle inspection & report deficiencies to shop immediely. Also, report improper operion, faulty equipment, and unusual conditions to the Mechanic/Operions Supervisor/Manager
• Opere delivery truck to and from pre-designed work sites based on daily routing informion
• Maintain telephone or radio contact with Hub Manager or Office Administror to receive additional instructions, changes to work locions, etc
• Deliver comfort stions to or pick up from event locion, completing set up and breakdown of all equipment
• Troubleshoot issues which may arrive during delivery, servicing or pick-up of comfort stions, which may include basic electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC
• Restock paper products, hand sanitizer, soap, etc. in units being serviced and service/repair comfort stions
• Clean interior and exterior of units
• Maintain truck logs according to ste and federal regulions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualificions:

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL with a class A endorsement).
• Valid forklift certificion required.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communicion skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Sit while driving and stand while servicing products
• Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls
• Repe the same movements
• See details of objects th are less than a few feet away and also greer distance
• Speak clearly so customers can understand
• Understand the speech of another person
• Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them
• Walk up to 30 minutes a time without exertion
• Enter and exit equipment by stepping and kneeling
• Lift up to 40lbs from your waist to your shoulders
• Lift 30lbs from the floor to your head
• Crouch and squ
• Push 100lbs and pull 100lbs horizontally

Salary Range: $23.94 – $33.52 / hour Pay Transparency Stement: At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locions across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic locion, job reled skills, experience, educion, and certificions.
