BMT is Hiring: Trailer / Reefer Technicians

BMT is looking to add Trailer / Reefer Technicians to our shop team.

We are a smaller OTR trucking company running all 48 states, and we take pride in keeping our equipment safe, reliable, and ready for the road. Our drivers depend on the shop every day, and we are looking for technicians who understand the importance of doing the job safely, correctly, and the right way the first time.

This is a good opportunity for someone with trailer, reefer, diesel, or general shop experience who wants to be part of a close team and take pride in the work they do. Experience with refrigerated units is a strong plus, but we are also willing to train the right person if they are dependable, motivated, and serious about learning.

This position may include trailer inspections, preventative maintenance, brake repairs, lighting repairs, suspension work, door and body repairs, DOT-related repairs, reefer unit inspections, basic reefer maintenance, diagnosing trailer or reefer issues, and helping keep equipment moving safely and efficiently.

We want technicians who take ownership of their work and understand that every repair matters when our equipment is running across the country.
