Elite Paving Group, LLC is looking for an experienced Construction Manager with Asphalt and Concrete Paving Experience.

Elite Paving Group, LLC is a nationwide provider of asphalt and concrete services. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, our projects are primarily completed throughout the country. We’re a small company that is rapidly growing, we handle both capital and maintenance projects, and we prioritize our people. The best candidate for EPG will be highly organized road warrior with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
· Directly supervises and coordinates daily operations for projects to ensure that proper resources (labor, equipment, material) are in place for the timely completion of work.
· Daily communication / coordination to ensure successful project scheduling, planning, communication and execution.
· Promotes and complies with all company safety policies and procedures.
· Reviews all specifications, plans, quotes and project documents to ensure that the work and schedule is built to meet customer and company expectations.
· Travels to oversee Asphalt and Concrete crews and subcontractors, maintain phasing plans, change orders, schedules and budgets.
· Ensures that the budget is followed in terms of manpower production and material expenditures.
· Ensures that quality is preserved in the concrete and asphalt paving processes.
· Continuously monitors productivity and percentage of completion, identifying problems and potential delays, and provides solutions to overcome challenges.

Qualifications/Experience/Education
· 5+ years of experience in commercial Asphalt and Concrete construction
· Previous experience as a Asphalt and Concrete Manager,
· Strong organizational and construction project management skills,
· Must know grade elevations and ADA requirements.
· Industry knowledge in asphalt and concrete, and ability to read construction plans, quantity takeoffs, and field measurements,
· Detail-oriented with strong communication skills,
· Able to maintain positive working relationships with all construction personnel management, owners, trades and subcontractors,
· Able to balance and prioritize multiple deadlines,
· Above-average working knowledge of technology and construction related resources, must be computer savvy.
· Motivated, hardworking, positive team player,
· Must be able to lift large objects of at least 60 lbs.,
· Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record,
· Must pass pre-employment drug screening,
· Road Warrior – Travel could be up to 80% depending on the project location.
