Maintenance Technician - Unit Turns (Traveling)
Pay: $25 to $30 per hour depending on experience, plus $500 per month driving allowance

Location: Traveling position covering apartment communities from Seattle to Everett, with occasional travel outside this area.

The job:
You'll travel between our properties getting vacant apartments ready for new residents. If you take pride in your work and like variety instead of being stuck at one site, this is a good fit.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Painting, drywall repair, and general repairs to get units rent-ready
- Plumbing repairs: faucets, sinks, water heaters, disposals, dishwashers, washers/dryers
- Electrical: outlets, switches, lighting, ceiling fans, breakers
- Basic HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Doors, locks, blinds, screens, cabinets, light fixtures
- Helping with flooring repairs and installs
- Tracking your turns in our maintenance app and keeping site teams in the loop
- 2+ years of maintenance, construction, or similar hands-on experience (apartment maintenance a plus)
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing basics
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb stairs, be on your feet all day, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable using a smartphone app to track work
- Must pass a background check and drug test (a positive marijuana/THC result does not disqualify you in states where it's legal)
