🌲 Position: Tree Care Foreman
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Moore County, NC
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for qualified candidates

🔧 Responsibilities
Lead a 2–4 person crew on residential and commercial tree care jobs
Perform and supervise technical tree pruning, removals, and stump grinding
Ensure all work meets safety standards and company procedures
Operate and manage use of chainsaws, rigging equipment, stump grinders, and other tree care tools
Communicate professionally with clients on-site
Train and mentor groundsmen and climbers
Complete daily job logs, equipment checks, and safety protocols
Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times

🪜 Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years professional tree care experience (climbing strongly preferred)
Prior crew leader/foreman experience required
Strong knowledge of pruning standards, rigging methods, and safe removal techniques
Ability to identify common tree species and diagnose tree health concerns
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
Must be reliable—attendance and punctuality are critical
