🌲 Position: Groundsman

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Moore County, NC
Pay: Competitive—based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 for qualified candidates

🔧 Responsibilities

Assist the crew with daily tree care operations

Drag brush, cut and load wood, and maintain a clean job site

Support climbers and foreman with ropes, rigging, and tool management

Operate chainsaws, blowers, and other basic equipment

Fuel, clean, and maintain equipment at the start and end of each day

Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

🪜 Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license

Must be reliable and punctual

Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in all weather conditions

Willingness to learn tree care techniques and equipment operation

Experience in tree care, landscaping, or outdoor labor is a plus—but not required

Must work well as part of a team
