Tree climber and groundsman

Tree Service Crew Members Wanted – Groundsman &Tree Climbers!

We are a family-owned tree service looking to add reliable, motivated people to our crew. We are currently hiring Groundsmen and Tree Climbers with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Job Duties Include:

• All aspects of tree work, including pruning, removals, rigging, and clean-up
• Operating chainsaws, chippers, and other tree service equipment
• Assisting climbers and working safely as part of a team
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site

We make a strong effort to utilize equipment whenever possible to reduce unnecessary physical strain and keep our crew working smart, not just hard.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Tree climbing experience preferred (for climber positions), but not required for groundsmen

Pay:
- Pay is based on experience and skill level
