Tree People is an established Seattle tree service looking for an experienced climbing arborist to join our crew. Founded by the owner in 2013, we've built a tight-knit team with a positive, professional work environment. Most of our jobs are in North Seattle.

What We Offer

Guaranteed 8 hours of pay per workday: If the job wraps up in fewer than 8 hours, you still get paid for all 8. If you work longer than 8 hours, every additional hour is paid. The guarantee works in your favor—never the other way around.

What We're Looking For

Experienced climber comfortable with technical removals and pruning
Efficient with rope access, spurred removals, and complex rigging
Strong safety awareness and ability to work well with a crew
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Ability to drive a chip truck with a chipper attached
ISA certification is a plus, but not required
